Starting Off Clean and Making Time to Meditate
The stomach flu is no fun. I was not expecting to write this post. With my down time, I finally got to stay in bed a little longer, and got to know my iPad a little bit, too. I have to admit, I am liking digital issues of magazines, and some books.
This post goes to the wonderful ladies from my Fitness Challenge Groups. They all have inspired me, motivated me, and cheered me on since November/December 2012. The recipe below is from La Tourangelle’s Roasted Hazelnut Oil can. This is not a sponsored post! I just love La Tourangelle products, and their artisan oils will be part of my Clean Program.
Special thanks to a young celebrated chef from the Dominican Republic @chefpandita, who not only shares her love of food, but also shares her passion for healthy living! Now I have Clean – Expanded Edition (Kindle) by Dr. Alejandro Junger to enlighten and guide me. I cannot wait to embark on this journey.
