Although I have eaten macarons before I have never tried making them. Seeing your recipe today I feel I have to give it a try.

I wanted to say that I really enjoy your pictures. They have so much texture. May I ask what camera you use and what lense you use? Do you use natural light or artificial light?

hi! i chanced upon your macaron post – they look absolutely amazing and delish! could i please have a copy of the template?(sorry i didnt know how to comment on the post in the same page!)
also, i made macarons today and the orginal pink color was masked when the macarons turned slightly brown… did i do something wrong there? need more coloring perhaps…?
