Today, I am ever so happy to be guest posting at Skip To Malou! You say, “Macarons AGAIN?” Yes, I know, only this time, for the first time ever, I am sharing with you the joy of Italian Meringue
. For over a year, I have been wanting to try my hand on them, and last week, I finally worked up the courage. This would not have been possible without Lady Macaron’s Tutorial, and G’s [Malou's nickname] encouragement!
Please note that I used powdered purple yam to flavor and color these macarons. No artificial coloring used!
